The EIB Group provided a record €1.5B for Ukraine in 2025 — for energy, infrastructure, SMEs, and EU integration. The bank operates through the EU for Ukraine (EU4U) Fund backed by 16 Member States, and leads the consultancy component of Ukraine FIRST. European engineering and consultancy firms can access technical assistance contracts for feasibility studies and project design.
