Can we apply for multiple lots?

Yes, but you can submit maximum 2 applications per lot as lead applicant, and can only be awarded 1 grant per lot (max 3 total).

Do we need local partners?

Not required, but strongly recommended. Local engagement is a key evaluation criterion.

Can projects span multiple countries?

Multi-country proposals are explicitly discouraged. Focus on one country for best results.

Is this a loan or grant?

This is a grant—no repayment required.
