Norway's Nansen Support Programme commits NOK 274.5B (2023-2030) — making it one of the largest bilateral donors. The NOK 800M business development envelope operates through Norad grants (open to companies from ALL countries), Norfund equity (Ukrainian businesses), and Eksfin export support (Norwegian exporters). Recent grants funded wind power, hydropower, and pharmaceutical projects.
