• Dissemination & Exploitation We lead the dissemination WP — communication strategy, publications, stakeholder engagement, and exploitation planning.
• Cross-Project Clustering We lead clustering activities — connecting your project with related EU-funded projects for knowledge sharing and joint impact.
• Consortium Coordination & Reporting Day-to-day coordination between partners. We prepare and submit periodic and final reports to the European Commission.
• Deliverable Tracking & Quality Assurance We track all deliverables and milestones, ensuring quality standards are met before submission to the funder.
• Compliance Monitoring Ongoing review to ensure your project stays within grant rules, eligibility conditions, and reporting requirements.
• Audit Preparation Documentation review and preparation for potential audits — so you're always audit-ready.
• EC & Funder Communication We handle all formal communication with the European Commission or funding body on behalf of the consortium.

How It Works

Fundwiser is budgeted as a consortium partner during the application phase. Our role activates when the grant is awarded.
